Lexicon is free with ads & easy to useOffline Wordnet & StarDict Dictionary Parser.No dictionary files are included with LEXICON distribution, andmust be downloaded separately. Search for DictData or StarDictdictionaries over the net and extract or install to\storage\dictdata folder.
