حول المشروعتقوم فكرة المشروع على أن إعداد المعلم في مؤسسات الإعدادالتربويمبني على برامج نظرية مما يخلق فجوة بين النظرية والتطبيق، ومنهنابرزت الحاجة إلى تهيئة المعلمين الجدد للعمل في مدارس وزارةالتربيةوالتعليم من خلال استكمال الجوانب التطبيقية وبعض الجوانبالنظريةالتي تتوافق مع رؤية وتوجهات وزارة التربية والتعليم وتحققمتطلباتالتطوير في البرامج والمشاريع المستحدثة في الوزارة. ويمثلهذاالمشروع حزمة متكاملة صممت وبنيت بعناية لدعم المعلم الجديد ليتمكنمنالقيام بدوره بثقة في إطار من الوعيأهداف المشروعيهدف مشروع المعلم الجديد إلى مساعدة المعلمين الجدد من خلال:•تهيئتهم للقيام بالدور الجديد بثقة وإقتدار. • فهم مسئولياتهمالمهنيةوالتعليمية في إطار نظام التعليم في المملكة العربية السعودية.•تنمية مهاراتهم ومعارفهم في التخطيط وطرق التدريس والإدارةالصفيةوالتقويم وتقديم التغذية الراجعة للطلاب. • تعزيز ثقتهم فيقدراتهمعلى تقييم ممارساتهم المهنية ، وقدرتهم على استثمار نتائجالتقييم فيتطوير أنفسهم. • فهم المتطلبات والمعايير المهنية للمعلمالجديد. •اكتساب المهارات والمعارف المهنية للوصول إلى فهم أحسنالطرقAbout the projectThe idea of the project that the preparation of the teacherinthe institutions of educational preparation is based ontheprograms of the theory which creates a gap between theoryandpractice, and here there was a need to create new teachers toworkin schools and the Ministry of Education by completingthepractical aspects and some theoretical aspects that arecompatiblewith the vision and directions of the Ministry ofEducation andmeets the requirements of development programs andprojectsdeveloped in the ministry. This project represents anintegratedpackage carefully designed and built to support the newteacher tobe able to play its role in the framework ofConfidenceawarenessObjectives of the projectNew Teacher Project aims to help new teachers through: •preparethem for the new role with confidence and professionalism.•Understand the responsibilities of professional andeducationalframework in the education system in Saudi Arabia. •develop theirskills and knowledge in planning and teaching methodsand classroommanagement, calendar, and provide feedback to thestudents. •enhance their confidence in their ability to evaluateprofessionalpractices, and their ability to invest in thedevelopment of theevaluation results themselves. • Understand therequirements andprofessional standards for the new teacher. •acquire the skillsand professional knowledge to arrive at a betterunderstanding ofthe ways
