This app is aimed at medical students, juniordoctors with an interest in medical imaging, wishing to improvetheir chest x-ray skills.It consists of 26 cases, each with a brief history and a chestx-ray. The user should try to interpret each chest x-ray beforerevealing the explanations at the bottom of each page.The aim is to gain an understanding of the basic principles ofchest x-ray interpretation and specific radiographic features ofcommon diseases. The diseases encountered are discussed along theway and many of the cases have a scrollableCT to help with understanding the chest x-ray appearances.We hope you find the app useful. The user can scroll through each study and select presetcontrastwindows eg. bone and soft tissue windows for the neck;lung, softtissue and bone windows for the chest etc. No text,explanations orannotations are provided. The intention is to aidthose training inclinical radiology, surgery, medicine and anatomyto develop their3D understanding of human anatomy. It is expectedthat studentswill use this app alongside the usual textbooks andatlases, as adynamic and interactive method of viewing humananatomy.
