Thesecurityagents can be booked instantly for immediate missions orcan bebooked for a planned missions. Our main objective in comingup withthis platform is to help clients (businesses or individualswho arein need of security agents) and security agents to meetwithoutundergoing a very tedious recruitment and onboardingprocess.Mainly the people who will register to use the applicationaresecurity agents. The security agents will be able to downloadtheapplication using their mobile phones and also they can be abletoinvite friends to use the application. The clients are also abletoregister and download the application. This will help them tohavesecurity services at their preferred time that is long term oronlyfor a short term basis. This will help them to do business inaflexible way without committing themselves to long termcontractsbut still able to get high quality services. Moreover, they can be short term or longterm.Booking an Agent The client will go into the applicationandselects the type of mission they want that is instant bookingorplanned mission. After entering the required informationthemission will be available to all agents available. The firstagentwho accepts the mission is automatically selected for themissionand the client is informed and agent details (first name,lastname, and mobile number) are given by push notification andthemission will not be available anymore. However, in case thattheagent cancels the mission before it commences it means themissionwill be on available missions for other agents to acceptit.Notifications to the security agent The push notification or SMSissent to a security agent to remind him/her the upcoming missiontoconfirm his availability. Notifications to the client Thepushnotification or SMS is sent to a client to remind him/hertheupcoming mission.
