To ensure transparency and meet the entire operationalrequirementsat DCS level, NDDB has developed an integrated softwaretitled“Automatic Milk Collection System” (AMCS). This softwarelinksvarious stakeholders at the Union/Federation/National level.Theintegrated structure also has a collective provision offinancialinclusion and mobile application for key informatics. AMCSFarmer’sApp is part of the Automatic Milk Collection System, andhas beendesigned for farmers. It works in conjunction with the AMCSdesktopapplication and allows farmers to access their milkcollection dataanytime and anywhere. Farmers can: • View theirpersonalinformation as available with the DCS • Get real timenotificationsof the milk they pour at the DCS, along with detailsof quantityand quality of their milk • Check details of milk pouredin thepast • Receive notifications if any changes are made in theirmilkpouring data • Get notified on disbursement of payment at theendof each payment cycle, with details of additions and deductions•Get notified on release of price difference AMCS Farmer’s Appisaimed at providing farmers with complete access to their owndata,while parallel introducing a new level of transparency.
