• Tenganvelocidad máxima autorizada inferior a 45 kilómetros por hora.
• Seutilicen por los servicios de las Fuerzas Armadas, la proteccióncivil, los bomberos y los Cuerpos y Fuerzas de Seguridad, obajo el control de las mencionadas fuerzas y organismos.
•Estén siendo sometidos a pruebas en carretera para fines de mejoratécnica, reparación o mantenimiento.
• Sean nuevos otransformados y aún no se hayan puesto en circulación.
• Seanutilizados en situaciones de emergencia o que se encuentrendestinados a misiones de salvamento.
• Se destinen a lasclases prácticas destinadas a la obtención del permiso deconducción o del certificado de aptitud profesional.
• Se usenpara realizar transporte privado particular de mercancías siempreque se trate del transporte de máquinas, animales ocomplementos destinados a la práctica personal de algunaactividad deportiva o recreativa
• Transporten material o equipospara el uso del conductor en el ejercicio de suprofesión, siempre que la conducción del vehículo norepresente la actividad principal de dicho conductor.¿QUIÉN EXPIDE EL CAP?El certificado de aptitud profesional será expedido por los órganoscompetentes para el otorgamiento de autorizacioneshabilitantes para la realización de transportepúblico discrecional de viajeros y mercancías porcarretera.¿A QUÉ CONDUCTORES AFECTA?A aquellos que deban conducir vehículos de empresas establecidas encualquier estado miembro de la unión europea, para la queresulte obligatorio estar en posesión de permisos deconducción de las categorías C1, C1+E, C, C+E, D1, D1+E, D yD+E.¿CUÁL ES LA FUNCIÓN DEL CERTIFICADO DE APTITUD PROFESIONAL?Documentar la formación recibida, junto con el certificado seexpedirá una tarjeta de cualificación del conductor.
