The Public Safety Library (PS Library)appprovides public safety communications users access to thePublicSafety Library, a central repository of public safetyreferencematerial including field operating guides (FOGs),statewidecommunications interoperability plans (SCIPs),tacticalinteroperable communications plans (TICPs), and more. Withthe PSLibrary app, you can browse titles, view abstracts, anddownloaddesired content to your mobile device, filling yourownpersonalized Bookshelf with the latest references.My Bookshelf allows you to view your downloaded referencesingrid (shelf) or list format, create favorites, add commentsandprovide feedback. As updates to My Bookshelf documentsbecomeavailable, you will be notified and can choose which onestoupdate. You can sort available references by Title, Type, AreaorFormat. To help navigate through the library, you can alsoperformsearch and paging functions to quickly find desiredreferences.Note that some titles may be protected and require apass code toaccess. Authorized users can obtain pass codes from adesignatedDocument Librarian.The Public Safety Library system is an offering of the OfficeofEmergency Communications – Interoperable CommunicationsTechnicalAssistance Program (OEC-ICTAP).

CASM Finder is a powerful and essential public safetycommunications tool for accessing CASM mobile resource data on yourmobile device. Whether you’re in the office or in the field, useCASM Finder to quickly and easily locate the mobile public safetyradio assets you need. CASM Finder’s intuitive graphical userinterface is tailored for your mobile device and presentsinformation from the CASM database in both a Map and List View,making it easy to locate public safety radio assets such as radiocaches, towers, repeaters, and gateways. View full reports ofassets, identify and contact asset owners, or view any storedmultimedia for an asset, including documents, images, and videos.Use the Filter to find assets by type, frequency band, assetkeyword or geo-area such as state, county, or within a designatedradius. Search and Save locations for future reference by postaladdress, GPS coordinates, or landmark name, e.g., building orbridge. CASM Finder improves public safety communications incidentresponse and planning using map and location-based capabilitiessuch as device tracking, location sharing, and geographic terrainand landmark information. You must have a CASM account to use CASMFinder. CASM Mobile Finder is an offering of the Office ofCybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, EmergencyCommunications Division – Interoperable Communications TechnicalAssistance Program (CISA/ECD-ICTAP).

The MS eFOG mobile app is an electronic reference of the StateofMississippi Interoperable Communications Field OperationsGuide.The MS eFOG is a technical reference for emergencycommunicationsplanning and for radio technicians responsible forradios that willbe used in disaster response. It includes rules andregulations foruse by the State of Mississippi and otherinteroperabilitychannels, tables of frequencies and standardchannel names, andother reference material. The MS eFOG mobile appgives users easyaccess to public safety communications information,offering acontent index with links for quick jumps to referencesections,tables, figures, or images. The ability to save Favoritesandcreate in-line notes enables personalized access tocriticalinformation. MS eFOG can be downloaded and then taken tothe fieldas an offline reference, to be used without the need of anInternetconnection. MS eFOG was developed by the Department ofHomelandSecurity (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure SecurityAgency(CISA) under the Interoperable Communications TechnicalAssistanceProgram (ICTAP).

It includes rules and regulations for use bytheState of South Carolina and other interoperability channels,tablesof frequencies and standard channel names, and otherreferencematerial. The SCIFOG mobile app gives users easy access topublicsafety communications information, offering a content indexwithlinks for quick jumps to reference sections, tables, figures,orimages. The ability to save Favorites and create in-linenotesenables personalized access to critical information. SCIFOGcan bedownloaded and then taken to the field as an offlinereference, tobe used without the need of an Internet connection.SCIFOG wasdeveloped by the Department of Homeland Security(DHS)Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) undertheInteroperable Communications Technical Assistance Program(ICTAP).
