FretBuzz is an application for practicing scales and arpeggios onguitar or bass guitar. It uses CAGED system, a system that iswidely used by guitar players. It has support for left handedplayers. It has support for six string guitar, bass guitar and fivestring bass guitar. It covers the below scales and arpeggios;Triads Seventh and Sixth Chords Pentatonic Scales Blues ScalesMajor Scale Modes Melodic Minor Scale Modes Harmonic Minor ScaleModes Bebop Scales Diminished Scales Whole Tone Scales The app isfocused on CAGED system and learning individual "shapes" for allthe above listed arpeggios and scales. Once this is accomplishedyou can start to play any arpeggio/scale in all available positionson the fretboard. Rather than providing big 22/24 fret charts inthe app, individual C, A, G, E, D boxes are provided as separateentities - because when you learn the individual "shapes" you willalready know the entire fretboard for any given arpeggio/scale.
