SentieriVCO è la nuova applicazione che tipermette di conoscere tutti i sentieri delle Valli del VerbanoCusio Ossola, dalle passeggiate più semplici, alle escursioni perveri esperti. Sette itinerari, con un centinaio di sentieri, tutticlassificati per durata, difficoltà, dislivello max e minimo, conmappe interattive e in pdf da scaricare. I sentieri sceltirientrano nel Piano di Promozione Integrato PSR 2007/2013,finanziato dalla Comunità Europea.La versione beta di SentieriVCO è stata pensata per il turista chesi trova nel Verbano Cusio Ossola, al fine di dare informazioni inmerito alle escursioni praticabili sul territorio provinciale.L’applicazione mette a disposizione uno strumento, semplice mapratico, che permette di filtrare i percorsi sulla base delleproprie necessità, di visualizzare le mappe dei sentieri edottenere utili informazioni sugli stessi, e di favorire in locol'orientamento durante le escursioni.Lo stesso portale web sentieridelverbanocusioossola.it, di cuil'app è parte integrante, permette di individuare e pianificareprima le escursioni, divise per vallata e modalità di utilizzo(piedi, bici, cavallo). Inoltre, al fine di migliorare la visioned'insieme del territorio e della rete sentieristica, sarà in futurodisponibile anche una mappa cartografica interattiva.L'app attualmente mira a valorizzare sette itinerariescursionistici per un totale di circa un centinaio di sentieri.Per ciascuno dei percorsi è già disponibile una cartina in formatopdf, per il download e l'uso offline. Per i percorsi compresinell’itinerario “Tra Lago Maggiore e Lago d’Orta” è inoltre giàpossibile visualizzare online i tracciati dei sentieri e la propriaposizione in tempo reale, grazie al sistema Gps del propriosmartphone. Tale funzionalità sarà implementata anche per gli altrisentieri, non appena tutti i file gpx saranno nella disponibilitàdella Provincia.Nelle prossime release previste, i contenuti saranno arricchiti connuovi tracciati, mappe e informazioni.Con l’auspicio di avere, almeno in parte, risposto alle critichesollevate nei primi commenti degli utenti, resta inteso che ognieventuale suggerimento è sempre gradito ed oggetto di attenzione,ai fini di possibili miglioramenti dell’applicazione.SentieriVCO is a newapplication that lets you know all the paths of the Valleys ofVerbania, from simple walks, excursions to the real experts. In addition, in order to improve the overall vision of theterritory and of the trail network, will be available in the futurealso a cartographic map interactive.The app currently aims to enhance seven hiking trails for a totalof about a hundred paths. For each of the tracks you already have amap in PDF format for download and offline use. For paths in theitinerary including "Between Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta" is alsoalready can be displayed online tracked the paths and its positionin real time, thanks to the GPS system of your smartphone. Thisfeature will be implemented for other paths, as soon as all the gpxfiles are in the possession of the Province.In the next planned release, the content will be enriched with newtracks, maps and information.With the hope of having, at least in part, responded to thecriticism raised in the first user feedback, it is understood thatany suggestion is always welcome and the object of attention forpossible improvements of the application.
