Forklift Load Center EstimatorForklift operators are required to know the load center of allloads and the overall weight of the load. Loads that are largerthan 48”x48” ( 600mmx600mm) required need a reduction in liftcapacity. The CSL Safety Forklift Load Center Estimator is designedto help do the math. This simple to use app requires the operatorto fill in 3 blanks: the rated capacity of the forklift, theoriginal load center, and the new load center. Instantly the newforklift capacity is known and the operator can make an informeddecision to lift the intended load.This application is provided as a guideline only, to provide anoverview of the mechanical limitations of forklift equipment. Thisis intended to help operators understand the relationship betweenlift capacities as load center shifting. CSL safety is not liablefor any improper use or data entry related to the application. Loadcenter is often the centre of the load however odd shaped loads mayhave it in a different location

This application is intended to assist workersin estimating their total fall distance of the fall arrest systemthey are using. A fall arrest system is only effective if it stopsa workers fall before the ground or first strike-able object. Thisapplication is only an estimator and not an exact measurement. Thisapplication calculation is based on a 6 foot tall 200 lbs workerwith an above head 5000lbs rated anchor point.
