TEDxCERN has evolved into a platform dedicated to share ideasandinitiatives from scientific, technological, educationalandartistic fields that have inspired awe from an expandingaudience.Our ambition is to curate a programme each year whichbreaks theboundaries of academia, talks which have the power tomake usquestion the very basis of science and have the potential tochangethe way we think, behave and act. We broke onto the TEDxscene in2013, captivating our audience under the theme of‘MultiplyingDimensions’. The following year we expanded ouraudience and onlinereach with “FORWARD: Charting the future withscience”. And by thetime we reached our 2015 event “Breaking theRules”, TEDxCERN hadreached a crescendo of momentum leading us tocreate "Ripples ofCuriosity" in 2016. And we’re not slowing themomentum down. ThisNovember we will engage with ‘The Elephant inthe Room’, andexplore the kind of transformative scientificinnovation that isimpacting the world we live in. Speakers andleaders in their fieldwill give us an insight into waves ofevolution.
