What is "musical hearing"?If you are e.g. a song-writer and want to take your skills astep further this is a good app to take a step forward.Imagine you are under the shower, on the toilet, at work, atschool, on the bus, in your car, basically somewhere where youcan't get your instrument out. But you have this amazing melody inyour head. You can sing it, but unless you get your instrument outand try to play it, you don't know what the musical notes are. Bythe time you get to it, you forgot the melody. :-(Training your "musical hearing" will allow you - eventually - toscore the melody in your mind, making it MUCH more likely that youwill remember it. If you do have at least pen and paper at hand youcan even scribble it down.The first step to do that is being able to "hear" individualmusical intervals.
