ProDis is a bioinformatic tool that providesaneasy way to identify patterns among different diseases byverifyingif they are related because they share the same gene.Theapplication needs a gene short name as its input and generatesasan output a chain of diseases that share that one gene,thusforming a network. The user might also navigate through theinitialchain and select some of the diseases to check thecollection ofproteins related to that specific disease or to obtainmoreinformation.
