यह "एबीसीडी सूत्र" के रूप में जाना जाता है।

यह पाया गया है कि शारीरिक रोगों के सबसे मनोदैहिक अर्थात वे मनमेंनिकलती हैं। इतनी जोर मन एक खतरनाक तरीके से पूरे शरीर कोप्रभावितकरता है। तो क्यों जोर दिया जा सकता है जब यह समय और ऊर्जा कीऐसीबर्बादी है।

In the present world , tension , stress, worry, anxiety, fearhasbecome very common . Most of the people have excepted them as apartof their daily life and they say that it can not be avoided.Butthere is a formula to live a tension free life.

This is known as the “ABCD formula”.

‘A’ is for Acceptance :
There are so many things that you can not control but keep ontryingto control them and this is the main reason for yourtension. Forexample, you are going for an important meeting and inthe way youface a traffic jam. You now know that you are going tobe late .Being tensed will only make the situation worse becauseit will thenaffect your meeting and in fact your whole day. Sofirstly acceptthe situation so that the mind stops creatingnegative thoughts ,then think of the ideas to get out of thesituation and how you canspend this time .You can make importantcalls to inform other peoplethat you are going to be late also youcan prepare yourself for themeeting and you can help the peoplearound to get the road clear.This way you will make the better useof you time then by wasting itby getting tensed.
Similarly there can be many such situations , Boss shouting atyou,your son is late to reach home etc. Always remember that“situationwill not get better by getting tensed, but by stayingcalm you cansurely do something worthwhile.”

‘B’ is for Bypass:
Many times you will face such situations where there is no needforyou to get into it. For example ; if an argument createstensionthen why to be a part of that argument. So just bypasssuchsituations without wasting your precious time and energy.

‘C’ is for Cancel :
Identify the cause of your worries and then delete it fromyourlife. For example ; If procrastinating some work createstensionthen avoid it.

‘D’ is for Do :
You must do a few things to be able to live a tension freelife.Take care of your physical and mental health, exercise,meditate,read good books, sleep well, eat well etc.
Remember Stress is directly proportional to the pressureandinversely proportional to the resilience (inner strength) . Sowiththe increase in the numerator i.e. pressure in today’s worldthestress is also increasing . But if we want to bring it down thenwehave to increase the denominator i.e. resilience (innerstrength)to an extent that the numerator i.e. stress becomesalmostnegligible.

It has been found that most of the physical diseasesarepsychosomatic i.e. they originates in the mind. So stressedmindaffects the whole body in a dangerous way. So why to bestressedwhen it is such a waste of time and energy.
