SigEp’s Balanced Man Program (BMP) providesthestructure, support and guidance required for today’s studenttopractice decision making, leadership and interpersonal skillswhileoutside of classroom walls.Based on equal rights and responsibilities for all members,theprogram’s progressive challenges provide brothers theopportunityto grow and fine-tune skills they can’t get in theclassroom.Alumni, volunteers and university faculty andadministration serveas mentors in the program, providingaccountability andsupport.BMP programming aims to help young brothers strengthentheircharacter. It enables our young men to build leadershipandcommunication skills and develop healthy,lifelongrelationships.The BMP App makes active participation in the Balanced ManProgramsimple and intuitive. In the app, brothers can track andmanagetheir progress through the BMP in real time. They can shareandcelebrate goals and successes with the chapter. Officers willalsohave a streamlined platform to deliver curriculum andprovidesupport.
