Receiving new orders Whenyoureceive a new order, you’ll have a chance to review theorder,adjust prep time and report sold out items if needed, andconfirmyou are preparing it. We recommend to review and confirmorders assoon as possible to avoid cancellations from users.Confirming neworders Tap the ‘CONFIRM’ button only once you startpreparing theorder. This lets the customer know their order isbeing prepared.The customer will see the time needed to prepare theorder fortheir pickup. Order preparation time We set your averageorderpreparation time according to the information provided by youuponregistration. You can view it in your Merchant Dashboard>Business Setting. Plus, you can now adjust the prep time foreachorder before confirmation. When reviewing an order, you caneasilychange the default prep time by using the + or - symbols.Reportsold out items before order confirmation When reviewing aneworder, tap ‘More Options’ in the bottom right corner andchoose‘Issue with Item.'
