FoodSQCare can only be used in combination with a thirdparty(client or patient) using FoodSeeq. - The E-health FoodSQCareappcan be used, for example, by a dietitian to monitor the diarynotesof diet and symptoms entered by a patient or client using theappFoodSeeq. - Using FoodSQCare, a dietitian or healthcareprovidercan help patients much more efficiently: the app analyzesthe dietand symptoms pattern and combines and shows frequentlyoccurringcombinations of symptoms and specific food items. - Ifdesired, theapp provides insight into the nutritional value of thediet: basedon the diary entries, the app calculates how muchenergy(calories), proteins, fats, minerals, vitamins the diethasprovided. - If the patient or client has created asynchronizationcode in FoodSeeq and has sent it to the dietitian orhealthcareprovider, he can enter the synchronization code inFoodSQCare. Fromthat moment on, the care provider is able tomonitor the diet andsymptoms entered into the diary by the patient,and can alsoconsult the analyses of possible combinations betweendiet andsymptoms for this patient. - Using FoodSQCare thehealthcareprovider can monitor several clients’ or patients’diaries.Clients’ data are not stored within the app, and are onlyacquiredwhen needed (remaining with the app only for as long as theappsession’s duration) from a server database. The client candisablethe synchronization code for his or her care provider at anytime,after which the care provider is no longer able to monitortheclient’s diary. - The diary and analyses can be exportedfromFoodSQCare as PDF documents, which can easily be shared orincludedin a (digital) healthcare file.
