Ajárványügyikontaktkutatási eljárás során az adatokat tároló központzártrendszerben visszafejti a titkosított készülékazonosítókatanaplózott bejegyzésekből, és a telefonszámokhozkizárólagoshozzáférést biztosít a szakhatóság részére. Aszakemberek ezutánértesítik a felhasználókat arról, hogy egybizonyítottan COVID-19fertőzöttel kerültek kapcsolatba, éstájékoztatják arról, hogymilyen szükséges lépéseket kell megtennie(pl. házi karantén,tünetek figyelése, esetleg orvosi vizsgálatokelvégzése). Azeljárás során a fertőzött felhasználó nevét ésadatait nem fedikfel a kontaktok számára. A felhasználók adataiteljes biztonságbanvannak. A felhasználóról gyűjtött egyetlenszemélyes adat atelefonszáma, amelyet az Innovációs és TechnológiaiMinisztériumháttérintézményeként működő Kormányzati Informatikai ésFejlesztésiÜgynökség nagy biztonságú szerverein tárolunk, és csakafelhasználó hozzájárulásával, valamint kizárólag afelhasználómegfertőződése esetén használunk fel kontaktkutatáscéljából.Minden felhasználó személyesen is hozzájárul ahatékonyabbvédekezéshez a vírus terjedése ellen.
