A mortgage calculator, to work out the monthly repayments on afixed rate, capital-repayment mortgage. You can enter a mortgageamount, an interest rate, and a term in years, and be presentedwith the repayment amount in real-time as you type. At presentthere is only the option for repayment of the capital and interest,in future I may also include an interest-only option if desired byusers.
