Welcome to the Tufts Health Freedom Plan member mobile app. Onceyoucomplete the initial registration on your phone, you’ll haveaccessto the following functionality: 1. View Claims: Thisincludes claimssummary information, individual claim details andyour cost-share,if applicable. 2. View Plan Limits andAccumulations: This includesyour specific benefit plan limits,such as deductibles andout-of-pocket maximums. 3. View Cost andBenefits: This includesdetails specific to your plan and detailedbenefit types, such asroutine medical services (e.g. immunizationsor primary care) andpharmacy. 4. View Referrals: if your planrequires referrals, youcan view them along with any limits. 5. IDCard: View, email or faxyour Member ID card. 6. Provider Search:Search for and compareproviders and services to find one thatmeets your needs. 7.Treatment Cost Estimator: Get out-of-pocketcost estimates forprocedures based on your health benefits andclaims.
