Background:
This feedback and referral tool is part of The MarketingSystem’sunique ‘Customer Care Programme’. The ‘Customer CareProgramme’ isa process designed to move your client satisfactionfrom‘Satisfied’ to ‘Delighted’.

Feedback obtained and processed via this App will automaticallyfeedinto the ‘Customer Care Programme’ and where appropriate yoursocialmedia feeds. The App is used to give your clients moreoptions whenproviding feedback, in particular where an electronicinterface isdesired, but where there is no readily availableinternetconnection.

The feedback questions can be unique to the businessconcerned.Submissions are stored when there is no internetconnection andthen sent to the ‘Customer Care Programme’ when theinternet isavailable.

Setting Your Default Form
Having installed and opened the App, you will be presented withalist of available ‘Customer Care Programme’ clients. Click onyourbusiness and use the "gear icon" on the right hand side tosetupyour default feedback form.

Once your form is set, the App will no longer display thelistcontaining other businesses, only your form will be visible.Eachtime you start the App you will be presented with a start-uppagethat is unique to your business and from which you can selecttherequired feedback form. One form triggers automaticreferralrequests to be sent as well as collecting feedback and theotherform simply collects feedback.

Form Submission
Forms are dispatched immediately ‘Submit’ is pressed if aninternetconnection is available. Otherwise submitted forms getstoredlocally on the device and will be dispatched when aninternetconnection is re-established.

Synchronisation
Up-to-date lists of forms and their contents are sent to thisAppvia the internet. While the App does not requireinternetconnection at all times, your device will need access totheinternet the first time you run the App. Once the initialserversynchronisation and configuration of the App is complete,internetconnection is only required for dispatching submitted formsat theusers’ discretion. The App will attempt to carryoutsynchronisation when internet access is available.

Toozon Tremor has been designed to testandmonitor small instantaneous vertical and tilt movements. It canbeused for a wide range of engineering, production anddomesticapplications to check the stability and vibrations ofequipment. Itcan also be used to monitor and detect a suddendisplacement forsecurity and safety purposes. Additionally, it canbe used forchecking the tremor of human arm under stress.The free version of this App has a short fixed timeframeformonitoring tremor and detecting a sudden movements. Pleasecontactus if your application requires a long or permanentmonitoring, youneed to interface with another application or sendan activationevent/trigger through email/SMS/Internet.To run a test the device needs to be placed or held inthecorrect position vertically upward or horizontally face-up,imagesare provided in the Help documentation of the App. Once thetesthas been initiated, there will be a two second delay beforethetest actually starts and the App starts tracking the movement.Thisdelay is particularly useful when the device is to be held byanindividual to check one’s arm tremor.While a test is in progress a real-time chart will be plottedformovements in three dimensions. Vertical Up/Down is shown asRed,Tilt Right/Left is shown as Green and Tilt Up/Down is shown asBlue.The points on the chart are the sample reading based on theselectedfrequency.Following the completion of the tests, numerical resultsarecalculated based on the Average Standard of Deviation of thesamplepoints for the three dimensions collected during the test. Upto 4sets of previous results will be stored locally for comparisonandpossibly for further analysis. Stored results can be emailedtokeep a permanent history of previous results.The following settings can be changed based on the nature ofyourtests:Sampling Frequency: Sampling frequency determines the frequencyofthe device taking a reading and quantifying the measured valueofthe movement. There are 6 options: 1, 2, 4, 8, 10 and 20 samplesasecond. The default value is 20 samples a second.Test Position: This will set the position of the device atthestart and while the test is in progress. The device mustbepositioned either vertically upward or horizontally face-up,seethe above images. The default positioning is verticallyupward.Scrolling: This will set the scrolling capability of thechartwhile a test is in progress. If the scrolling is set to "on".thescreen will scroll as points are being plotted. Scrolling"Off"will disable this feature and scrolling has to be donemanually. Bydefault the scrolling is on.Plot Width: Plot Width determines the gap or distance betweenthepoints being plotted for the Tilt dimensions on the graph.Thedefault value of it is "1", this means every device readingisplotted. So, if the Plot Width is set to "5" then every other"5"readings will be plotted.Locally stored test results can be sent to an emailaddressproviding that the device has access to Internet.
