SMOOTH MENU is the latest technology to aidthe restaurateur, bar owner, and cafe in giving your customersaccess to your menu using 'On Table' and 'At Table' devices foryour customers and staff.

Use of high definition images (optimised for tablet and mobileuse), enhance the user experience. Just a finger flick, to scrollthough the available menu items, and a tap to allow selectioninclusive of modifiers. Use the text entry box to add customerrequirements that are not available in the modifier lists.

Orders can be built and modified before final placement, andorder additions made at any time. Making it easy for your customersto up-sell themselves, add additional menu items and multipledrinks with resultant increase in revenue.

Customer Mode:

The primary working mode of SmoothMenu is designed for use ‘ontable’ by the customer, let’s them have full control of ordering,supporting order modifiers and order additions.

Waiter Mode:

Functions exactly the same as Customer mode but with someadditional options to control table allocation and set localisedstop sales.

Just tap on Table button on Navigation bar and the option tochange table number is given (this functions in Waiter Mode andwhen staff member has correctly entered their Pin number or inCustomer mode if staff member again enters their correct pinnumber).

Call Monitoring:

Call monitoring is for the waiter staff to be notified when atable needs assistance, or when a Kitchen or Bar order has beenrejected or completed.

Kitchen Mode:

Get rid of paper from your kitchen or just use as a backupprocess. All orders placed that include elements that have to beprepared by the kitchen are available on this device. Orders areallocated to one of four queues.

New Orders – all new orders hit here for validation by kitchenstaff, orders can then be accepted or rejected.

Accepted Orders – accepted orders pass through to ‘AcceptedQueue’ and preparation starts.

Rejected Orders – rejected orders pass through to ‘RejectedQueue’ which means serving staff must query all or part of theorder with customer.

Completed Orders – on completion of order, food is ready toserve.

Kitchen staff can review orders at any time, they can alsochange the order status if something has been miss-assigned.
