GPSdatacapture requires employee (app user) authorization.Locationinformation will not be collected if GPS is notauthorized.3. The App transmits geolocation information only to theNOVAtimedatabase of the client company with which an employeeisassociated. Geolocation information collected by the App istheproperty of the client and may be used and shared at theclient’sdiscretion. NOVAtime is not responsible for the client’srelease ofgeolocation information.4. GPS location accuracy depends on physical location,signalstrength, and the mobile phone service provider.
