The judicial e-services of the Ministry of Justice Intheframeworkof the implementation of major strategic objectives oftheCharterof the justice system reform in its partconcerningmodernizingjudicial administration, and in line with thestrategicobjectivesof digital Morocco, and taking intoconsideration theadded valueoffered by the use of moderntechnologies to theperformance ofjudicial facility both at thelevel of effectiveness,orefficiency, or transparency, or improvingthe quality ofjudicialservices. And in the framework of theMinistry’s objectivetoupgrade to highest communication levels andinteract withcitizensand users, and given the maximum importanceand theimportant placetaken by the use of smart phone applicationsin thecommunicationand dissemination of information and itsexploitation,the Ministryhas prepared an application concerning theelectronicjudicialservices as a new notion which aims toapproximatejudicialinformation from citizens and users and tofacilitateaccess to it.This new informational application offersmanytechnical functionsand possibilities that allow takingadvantage ofa set of judicialservices available 24 hours a day andseven days aweek, it alsoallows getting the data instantaneouslyand accordingto the latestrevisions in different informationsystems for theMinistry ofJustice and Liberties. The servicesprovided by theInformationalapplication e-justice Mobile: -Tracking casesservice: Thisservice permits to have access toinformation and thelist ofactions undertaken in the civil and theinjunctive files atthelevel of first instance courts and appealcourts, andtheadministrative files at the level of theadministrative courtsandthe administrative courts of appeal, andthe commercial filesatthe level of the commercial courts and thecommercialappealcourts. The service to consider the fate ofcriminalrecordrequests: this service permits to track the phasesoftreatingcriminal record requests that have been deposited viatheInternet.The service to have access to the list ofjudicialannouncements:this service allows browsing thedifferentannouncements concerningmovable and real estate salesdeclared atthe different courts ofthe Kingdom without having tomove to thecourts. The traderegister service: This service permits,on the onehand, knowingthe necessary documents for establishingenterprisesand the legalreferences organizing it and, on the otherhand, itoffers thepossibility of research and investigation aboutthe legalexistenceof the enterprises registered at the traderegister,whether itconcerns physical or moral persons. The serviceofJudicial map:This service permits knowing the competent courttodecide on thedispute according to the type of the case on thebasisof the localcommunity index, also the applicationprovidesinformation tocommunicate with different courts of thekingdom, andtheirgeographical position coordinates via smart mapssystem.
