Install Substratum from abovelink.2. Install this theme. 3. Open Substratum app,give/acceptpermission and root access. 4. Now you will see Navbarstheme tilein Substratum app showcase. 5. Tap on Navbars and youwill see twooptions, Quick Apply and Overlay Manager. 6. Tap onOverlayManager. 7.
