Nossa HistóriaOrganizada com sessenta membros em 26 de Dezembro de 1953.Foidirigida inicialmente pelo seminarista, Ismail deOliveiraRodrigues, logo sendo consagrado ao ministério da palavra,comopastor local. Em 1954 foi construído em terreno próprio,situado àrua pastor Waldemar Zarro, 28 Trindade/SG, inicialmente umsalão, eapós anos de esforços, construído o templo antigo comcapacidadepara mil e duzentos membros.A Pib de Trindade foi responsável pela organização de 14igrejasem diferentes localidades, sendo: Igreja Batista em Itaúna,IgrejaBatista em Jardim Progresso, Igreja Batista no Colubande,IIBatista de Trindade, Igreja Batista El shadai (Mutondo),IgrejaBatista Evangelho Pleno, Igreja Batista Nova Aliança(SãoFidelis),Igreja Batista Betânia, Igreja Batista Betel, IgrejaBatista Fé eEsperança, Igreja Batista O Senhor Reina, IgrejaBatista emTribobó, Igreja Batista em Rio das Ostras, Igreja Batistaem RioBonito.Durante 41 anos, foi liderada pelo pastor fundador, IsmaildeOliveira Rodrigues, que partiu para o Senhor em Fevereiro de1994.Na ocasião foi chamado para assumir e dar continuidadeaoministério na igreja, em 27 de Fevereiro de 1994, o pastorEdsonAlves de Sousa.Em nosso Templo Antigo localizado à Rua Pr. Waldemar Zarro nº28,nossos cultos eram realizados em duas reuniões, sendo aprimeira às17:30h e a segunda às 20:00h. Foi ainda no temploantigo que a PIBde Trindade lançou seus 7 Cd's musicais assimintitulados: O SenhorReina, Deus é Maior, Cristo é o Rei, Vocêpode Ser Livre, Celebremosa Vitória, O Véu se Rasgou e Lugar deAdoração. Recentemente noTemplo Novo foi lançado o 1º DVD gravadoao Vivo com os louvoresmais cantados. No Templo Antigo ainda sãorealizadas muitasatividades dentre elas citamos as seguintes: IBTSaúde, Unijovem,UNA, União Feminina, Projeto Alcance, Depam,Gabinete Pastoral entreoutros.Em Junho de 2008 a Pib Trindade inaugurou o seu novo templonobairro de Nova Cidade com capacidade para aproximadamente4.500pessoas.Em 18 de Outubro de 2011, a atual titular, Pra. LeilaCêa,assumiu a condução do rebanho. Sua direção caracteriza-sepelabusca de modelos vivos, criativos, neotestamentário eculturalmenterelevantes.O resultado desta busca é hoje evidenciado numa comunidadevibranteque se alegra no louvor, se deleita na palavra e se esforçanoserviço. Recentlyin NewTemple was released the 1st DVD recorded Live with the mostsungpraises. In Ancient Temple are still held many activitiesamongwhich we mention the following: IBT Health, Unijovem, UNA,Women'sUnion, Reach Project, Depam, Pastoral Office amongothers.In June 2008 the GDP Trinity inaugurated its new temple intheNew Town neighborhood with a capacity of about 4,500 people.On 18 October 2011, the current holder, Pra.
