That same year,following aproposal by theArchdiocese, Sacred Heart School beganphasing outone grade levelper year until there remained singlerooms forgrades 1-8. Theenrollment decreased from approximately 900to 300.At that time,there were fifteen lay teachers and onereligious asanadministrator.
