☆ Grievance and Feedback related information

Project Sampark was initiated in the September 2004 with anaimto bring together various public services under a singleumbrellaand give citizens of Chandigarh a “multi- service”-“single-window” experience apart from bringing transparencyandeffectiveness in public service delivery. Today, Chandigarh hasawell knit extensive network of Sampark centres across itssmallarea of 114 sq. Kms. Various Government-to-Citizen Services(G2C)and Business-to-Citizen (B2C) are provided through thesecentresand the bouquet of services has increased over the years.Samparkcentres have become one-stop service centre for servicesofDepartments like Engineering, Municipal Corporation, ExciseandTaxation, DC Office, CTU etc. which are now accessibleoutsideoffice hours and on Saturdays also. Over the years Samparkcentreshave become integral part of the public service deliverymechanismin the UT. Given it importance to the residents andChandigarhAdministration, a user friendly, informative dedicatedmobile-app‘mSampark’ has been developed on the popular Androidplatform.

The application has been developed by Department ofIT,Chandigarh Administration along with the team ofChandigarhmGovernance Centre of Excellence (COE).
