Description

"What's so fun about this game?"
"It's like an MMO, but they stripped out all the pointless bellsandwhistles."

Based off of SMBC Theater's video "MMO", this app promises tobethe most perfect MMORPG ever created. Currently in alpha, I'dliketo implement a high scores database, and possibly aPVPenvironment.

This app has a few more bells and whistles than the concept itisbased on. I'd like to make a game that offers aschemicallyrewarding an experience as possible, while remainingirreconcilablytongue in cheek about it. For example, that is whatmotivatedmaking the character stronger at higher levels.

Godot 1.0 APK
DroidWin
"Godot" is a first-of-its-kind app ofthemodern existential form. It is specifically designed as atutorialto help the user develop and appreciate this growingmovement, andto grapple with its founding motivations. The app isdesigned to beappreciated and informative equally for users of allages (4+) andlevels of experience with this philosophicalframework, by gettingright to the core of these issues, rather than"dumbing it down".The app should download easily, but may have troubleloading, depending on your version of android. Please be patient ifthisoccurs, and try to consider the nature of the problembeforeresponding with feedback. But as always, feedback isgreatlyencouraged, as my goal is for "Godot" to become a definingappexperience of its kind. This version is currently free and also ad-free, which I plantochange with later versions, so enjoy getting it in itsearlystages! Because this is a first-of-its-kind app, please doprovideme with feedback so I can improve it and in the developmentofothers.

DroidWin
This app is an implementation of acanonicalcomputer science problem, reversing strings. For the broader public, this app has countless uses aswell, including a way to verify that all your palindromes arelegitimate,as well as helping to gain valuable experience learningto typefrom right to left. The Reverse String Algorithm alsoempowers theuser to see what a message would look like if viewedfrom amirror's reflection, except with all of the charactersflippedaround. First World Problem Jar 1.6 APK
DroidWin
It's not easy living in a first worldcountry.Every day, we deal with problems that starving children inthirdworld countries couldn't begin to understand. Like when youcan'tfit leftovers in the fridge because you have too much food. Orwhenthere's nothing to drink at home, except a virtuallyunlimitedsupply of clean, fresh drinking water.First World Problem Jar is designed to function as a "swearjar"for first world problems. It enables the user to easily donate$1to help starving children, and then opens an environment tocreateand share your own First World Problem meme with friends.First World Problem Jar was specifically designed tomaximallystreamline the ability to donate $1 to help starvingchildren, without needing to deal with account or credit cardinformation. The user simply pushes the big red button, which opensa GooglePlay interface and finalizes the $1 donation with anotherclick. The financial processing is done through Google Play, soit'ssecure, and all of your information is already set up for use, justlike when you buy an app. The entire process takes twoseconds, every time.Donations go to UNICEF. They've been providing disasterreliefand aid to children in war-torn and third world countriessinceWWII. They won a Nobel Peace Prize in 1965 for being so goodathelping children who need it the most. They're effective, they'reinvolved globally, they're one of the good ones. Check themout atwww.UNICEF.orgNow, the next time you feel the sting of coming across anemptyBrita water jug, and needing to wait 30 seconds for clean, freshwater, you can say "It's okay, I donate regularly tostarvingchildren", and share your problem with friends. When the user creates their own First World Problem meme, aJPEGfile of the meme is stored in the sdcard root underfwpmeme1.jpg,fwpmeme2.jpg, etc., and First World Problem Jar makesit easy toshare your meme with friends by automatically opening itwith yourphone's built-in image viewer (usually this is thecamera'sGallery). If the user just wants to create a First World Problem memeandshare it with friends without donating $1 to help UNICEF, thiscanbe done by pressing the big red button and then cancelingthetransaction from the Google Play interface.
