The visit is fast and secure, and can be usedto treat many common ailments, but is not for emergency medicalissues. Any prescriptions are sent to your local pharmacy, andyou’ll have access to your visit summary inside the Doctors CarePatient Portal.Providers on Doctors Care Anywhere can diagnose and treat commonconditions like colds, flu and sinus infections, skin abrasions andirritations, earaches and sore throats, pink eye, UTIs, allergiesand more. If the provider thinks you need ancillary care for yourcondition, he or she will refer you to the nearest location orappropriate specialist.Who should use this App?Anyone over the age of 18 who is currently present in the states ofSouth Carolina or North Carolina can use the Doctors Care Anywhereservice. Parents and guardians can also initiate a visit for achild - age 8 or older - in their charge. In fact, families cansetup multiple patients under a single account administrator.Payment?You’ll only be charged if you complete a visit with one of ourproviders. All major credit cards are accepted. And your visit maybe a qualified expense for FSA, HSA and HRA accounts.
