User agreement

DLL has developed this App to grant access to the sales toolEntré to administer financing activities. The App may be used byindividuals who have been granted access to Entré (below referredto as “User”).

The User is only allowed to use the App in accordance with theconditions set out in this agreement and within the instructionsand authorities given by DLL. The User is not entitled todistribute or copy the App, nor alter, destroy or in any way makeany infringements in the App.

The User shall take all precautions to prevent unauthorizedpersons and/or third parties from using the App and/or accessingEntré, including the safe-keeping of codes and passwords, and shallindemnify DLL against unauthorized use or misuse taking place.

DLL reserves the right to develop and alter the Appcontinuously.

DLL is entitled to block access to the App as well as the accessto Entré with immediate effect in case of breach by the User ofthis agreement or in case of any usage that is deemedinappropriate.

The use of Entré is further regulated in the underlyingco-operation between the User’s employer and DLL.
