Band of Skulls are an alternative rockbandthat formed in 2008 in Southampton, England. B2K was an American R&B music groupfromLos Angeles, California with Omarion, Lil' Fizz, Raz-B andJ-Boogas its members. Founded and managed by music producer ChrisStokes,they were active from 2001 until 2004 and released twoalbums,2001's B2K and 2002's Pandemonium!. They also featured inthe filmYou Got Served as a breakdancing crew, and several songs bythegroup were featured on the film's soundtrack album. In 2008therewere talks of a reunion, and a new song titled 'Body Up'leakedonto the internet featuring all the members except Omarion,butthese rumours have never been confirmed.Even though they were newcomers to the industry, their firstLP,2002's B2K, became an instant hit. Their second (and final)regularstudio album, Pandemonium!, was released in December of thesameyear, and garned the US #1 hit single "Bump, Bump, Bump"and"Girlfriend". The group was featured regularly on the coversofteen magazines such as Right On! and Word Up, and releasedaChristmas album in-between their regular two albums entitledSantaHooked Me Up.In addition to that, they were featured on the soundtrackalbumfor MGM's film Barbershop and headlined The Scream Tour,theirthird, in 2003. Bad Company is a 1970s British blues-rockgroupfronted by Paul "The Voice" Rodgers. Their name came from a‘70sWestern movie and they were formed by former members of MotttheHoople, Free, and King Crimson. Members were PaulRodgers(singer/pianist), Mick Ralphs (guitarist), Boz Burrell(bassist),and Simon Kirke (drummer).Their hits include “Shooting Star,” “Bad Company,” “FeelLikeMakin’ Love,” “Rock ‘N’ Roll Fantasy,” "Ready for Love," and“Can’tGet Enough,” most of which are off of the albums StraightShooterand Bad Company.In the mid 80`s Rodgers & Burrell left the band. Aaron Carter (born Aaron Charles Carter;December 7, 1987 in Tampa, Florida) is an American singer and actorwho came to fame as a pop and hip-hip singer in 1997 aged just 10.He is the younger brother of Backstreet Boys star Nick Carter. BiographyCandlebox is a rock band from Seattle, Washington. FormedinDecember 1991, they originally named the band Uncle Duke andlaterchanged it as a tribute to a song by Midnight Oil. Theyweresometimes looked down upon by grunge fans for their style,whichwas considered by many to be a derivative version of truegrunge,and their commercial success suffered as a result. Despitethis,the band played the Seattle club circuit during the early1990s tothe many of the same fans who had supported many of thebands thathad come immediately before them. The members did notconsiderCandlebox to be a grunge band however; they viewedthemselves as arock and roll band more than anything. Their follow up album, Lucy,wascertified as platinum. Their third and last album was HappyPills,which was released in 1998. David Banner is an African American rapper,hiphop music record producer, record label executive,andphilanthropist.Prior to having a solo career, Banner was part of the rapduoCrooked Lettaz which released an album called Grey Skies in1999.Banner then released his first solo album called ThemFirewaterBoyz, Vol. 1 in 2000. The album managed to sell over10,000 copiesin his hometown alone despite having little recordlabelbacking.David Banner is well known for his many contributions tohislocal community of Jackson, Mississippi as well as Mississippiandthe entire Gulf Coast region. In Jackson he has volunteeredwithsuch community organizations as Stewpot Ministries. In the wakeofHurricane Katrina in 2005 he started the non-profitorganizationHeal the Hood which provided a range of services tovictims ofHurricane Katrina ranging from reuniting family membersseparatedby the storm to dispensing food to the variousdevestatedcommunities of the Gulf Coast. A large benefit concertfor Heal theHood was held on September 17, 2005 at Philips Arena inAtlanta.The concert had performances from myriad recording artists,mostlyfrom Atlanta, from Lil Jon to 112, Busta Rhymes to LyfeJennings.He was also involved in similar benefit concerts inMississippi andNew York.In addition to these efforts Banner has given tens ofthousandsof dollars to college scholarships for minorities.His first major-label album, Mississippi: The Album, wentgoldand was a critical and commercial success, largely due tothesuccess of lead single, "Like A Pimp", as well asmoreintrospective album tracks such as "Cadillac's On 22's"and"Mississippi."
