Öğrenci ajandası, öğrencilere yönelikbirajanda uygulamasıdır. Öğrencilerin daha planlı olmasınavezamanlarını daha efektif kullanmasına yardım eder.Uygulama,öğrenme ve çalışma verimini arttırmak isteyen öğrencilere,bukonuda yardımcı olacak araçlar sunar. Öğrenciler, bu araçlariletüm öğrenim hayatlarını yönetebilirler.Öğrenciler, derslerini, ödevlerini, sınavlarını veaktivitelerinitakip edebilmek için uygulama içerisindekihatırlatıcılardan(alarmlardan) yararlanabilirler. Uygulama,öğrencilerin çalışmaperformanslarını değerlendirebileceklerigrafikler oluşturur. Sınav, ödev vb. kayıtları oluşturmak içinönce“Dersler” bölümünden ders kaydı oluşturmak gerekir.Örneğinmatematik dersi için bir sınav kaydı veya ödev kaydıoluşturmakiçin önce matematik dersinin “Dersler” bölümündenoluşturulmasıgerekmektedir.Çalışma kaydı (Çalışma oturumu oluşturma):Çalışma oturumu özelliği sayesinde ders bazındabirbirindenbağımsız geri sayım saatleri oluşturulabilir. Örneğinmatematikdersi için 40 dakikalık bir geri sayim saati oluşturup 40dakikamatematik çalışılabilir. 40 dakika sonra saat sıfırlanacak vealarmçalacaktır. Bu 40 dakikalık çalışma oturumu verisi ileverimlilikve performans grafiği oluşturulmaktadır.Ders Programı oluşturma:Uygulama içerisinde haftalık ders programı oluşturularak günvesaat olarak dersler takip edilir.Sınav kaydı ve hatırlatıcı oluşturma:Uygulama içerisinde sınavlar için kayıtlar oluşturulabilir.Eğeroluşturulan kayıt gelecek bir sınava ilişkin ise bu sınaviçinalarm(lar) oluşturulabilir. Sınav tamamlandığında sınavkaydınasınav sonucu girilir ve bu veri üzerinden verimlilik veperformansgrafiği oluşturulur. Bir sınav için istenilen sayıdaalarmoluşturulabilir. Örneğin, gelecek bir sınavı 1 ay önce, 1haftaönce ve 1 gün önce hatırlatılması için alarmoluşturulabilir.Ödev kaydı ve hatırlatıcı oluşturma:Öğrenci ajandası içerisinde ödevlerin takibi için ödevkaydıoluşturulabilir.Ödevlerin 3 durumu vardır;Yapılacak ödevlerTeslim edilmiş ödevlerTeslim edilmemiş ödevler.Gelecek tarih için bir ödev kaydı girilince bu kayıtyapılacaködev durumundadır. Eğer bu ödev teslim edilirse (Teslimedildicheckbox’ı tıklanırsa) teslim edilmiş durumuna geçer. Eğerödevinteslim tarihi geçerse ve teslim edildi checkbox’ıtıklanmazsateslim edilmedi durumuna geçer. Bu bilgilerle ödevlerinyapılmaoranı ve verimlilik grafikleri oluşturulur.Bir ödev kaydı için istenilen sayıda alarmoluşturulabilir.Örneğin, teslim edilecek bir ödev için 1 ay önce, 1hafta önce ve 1gün önce hatırlatma yapacak alarmlarbelirlenebilir.Aktivite kaydı ve hatırlatıcı oluşturma:Aktiviteler genel amaçlı hatırlatıcılardır (alarmlar). Birokulgezisi için, bir buluşma için aktivite kaydı oluşturulabilir.Yanibir okul gezisi ve ya bir buluşma aktivite olabilir.Aktiviteolarak oluşturduğunuz kayıda hatırlatıcı (alarm)oluşturulabilir.Bir kayda istenildiği kadar farklı farklı alarmlaroluşturulabilir.Böylece istenilen zaman aralıklarında aktiviteninhatırlatılmasısağlanabilir.Students calendar isacalendar application for students.
