The application is designed to allow you to rateserviceexperiences in such a way that can be analysed and acted onby theservice provider. Survey availability is based on thelocation ofthe device relative to the store locations. The surveysare shortand easy to answer, often include an incentive such as afreeproduct or upgrade with your next purchase. The provisionofpersonal information is optional. A unique ID is generatedatinstallation time and used to determine if a survey hasalreadybeen taken and track the status of reward redemption.
