Thereferral linkcontains a unique parameter assigned to theUser.2. If the User provides a referral link to the Referred Customerbyemail, spam and the use of purchased or harvested listsisprohibited and will result in immediate termination ofthereferring.3. The user will receive a referral credit of Rs.20/-(twentyrupees) if and only if the Referred Customer was referredthroughthe referral link and the Referred Customer completes 2activities.Meaning, a referral shall be deemed valid only if theregistration(or sign-up) is completed upon app installation, OTPverificationis completed and if the referred customer has completedany 2activities within 7 days from the day of install.4. Note: Only those activities approved by vendors are counted inascompleted activities. Exclusions include but not limited to-duplicate installations, duplicate registrations andpromotionalsign-ups etc..6. The credit for the User is calculated within 14 (fourteen)daysfrom the referral made within the Referral Program.7. The maximum credits which can be granted for each Usercannotexceed Rs. 6000 (six thousand rupees) per year, regardless ofthenumber of the Referred Customers.8. Redemption of accumulated referral credits can only be madeviaPaytm transfer to Paytm account associated to user’sregisteredmobile number, upon reaching a minimum of Rs. 60/ (sixtyrupees).All redemption requests will be processed within 30 daysfrom theday request is received by FultossTen.9. The credit is granted for the particular account duringtheReferral Program. The credit cannot be transferred toanotherperson.10. Any fraudulent activity that can be traced directly to theUseror the Referred Customer will cause immediate termination oftheiraccounts, forfeiture of any granted credits, and legalprosecutionif necessary.11. FultossTen will not be responsible if the user isunregisteredfor any reason before redemption is processed.12. FultossTen reserves the right to end or to change theReferralProgram at any time without prior notice.13. The accumulated credits cannot be used or redeemed afterthetermination of the Referral Program.
