We would love to hear from you!Possible Issues:1) Point the top of your Samsung Galaxy S4 phone to the device.Make sure you know the location of the infrared receiver.2) When the remote doesn't seem to work, make sure your phone isnot in 'Power Save' mode.3) When using infrared for the first time on your Macbook Pro orMac Mini, make sure that the infrared receiver is enabled.4) Read the Apple documentation about remote pairing, your devicemay have been explicitly paired with another remote. Thisapplication should work for all products that have not beenconfigured to work with a specific paired remote. If you do notknow what we are talking about, you should be fine :).
