Customer can alsocancel his booking before 2 hrs of the trip which customer will notbe charged for cancellation.PICKUP & DROP OFF:Quick GPS service helps to find customer’s exact location.Customer also navigates through MAPS to select his pickup and dropoff location. Driver arrangement will be done based on CustomerPickup date and time. Customer will be messaged to acknowledge thatdriver is on the way to pick up. Once driver reached customerlocation. He will be messaged that driver arrived at your location.Once customer get into the vehicle then driver will start the Ride.During this ride Customer can view his real time ride details inour app. Both Driver as well as customer can see the speed,duration and km displaced during current ride. Driver will end theride once he reached the destination place safely.PAYMENT:Customer will sit back and relax during trip. Customer will beinformed about estimated fare details during booking. Then actualtrip amount will be debited from customer credit card after endingthe drive and its details will be acknowledged to customer. Thispayment transaction will be kept secured. This payment history willbe available in customer app for his reference.REGISTRATION:Customer need to login for making bookings and validated throughSMS for security purposes. Customer need to validate his mobilenumber at the time of registration. Customer should fill theregistration fields which will be verified by email authenticationmethod. We are keeping the data high secured. Once registrationprocess is completed then customer can able to login in the app andconfirm the bookings.TRIP REPORTS:Customer can see the trip report history in his app whichcontains pickup location, drop location, driver details, sessionduration, and payment details etc, DRIVER can also see the tripreport history in his app which contains pickup location, droplocation, session duration, and commission amount received againsteach trip.
