I don't see much point in furtherdevelopments of the app for a number of reasons:1. There is no official API for avherald, so what you see in theapp is a result of parsing the avherald website, which is quitetricky and not very robust (i.e. a change to the website mightrender the app useless). As a result features like postingcomments, although possible to implement, require a lot of effortand time (also to maintain after they have been released).2. A couple of months back Simon has released an official iOSapp for avherald and I'm sure he's working hard on an Android app,too. Due to the fact that it will be tightly integrated with thedata sources, it will most likely simply be better than my app, soeverybody will switch to the new one.3. I have absolutely no incentive to continue working on theapp; some time ago I have introduced a mild form of non-intrusiveadvertising but nobody is clicking on the ads - throughout thiswhole period the app has made less than a third of what I had topay to register as a Google developer, to be able to post the appon Google Play in the first place.4. For a brief moment I was considering releasing a paid versionof the app with extra features but since it relies on hard work ofsomebody else (Simon), I thought it wouldn't be ethical.
