RP3 ErgData is a free application designed forthe RP3 Rowing Ergo meter to run on newer Android devices. Onceconnected, it provides an advanced training tool that any rower orpaddler can use to get real-time stroke rate, speed, distance,heart rate and other data.The big advantage is the real time Force Curve, which gives you adetailed feedback over your rowing stroke. Every stroke of everyworkout is recorded and saved for later review. Additional it canupload your workouts to the RP3Rowing Online Logbook (in a future version).
