Simply select"AddPerson" and complete the Name, Address and Date of Birthfields.You can even add a photo of your choice.To record an instance of pain select "Record Pain", here youareable to select the area of your body that is painful bysimplytapping an image.You will then be asked to score your pain level from 0 (NoPain)to 10 (Unbearable), adding notes if you wish.The app will ask if you have taken medication, and give youthechance to make a note of this.Finally you will be able to review your "Pain History". Hereyoucan quickly see all recorded instances of pain, theirlocation,notes and if medication has been taken. This isconvenientlyrepresented as a bar graph.
