Witold Lutosławski. Guide to WarsawIn connection with the celebration of Witold Lutosławski Year in2013, we have prepared a special application that serves as amultimedia guide to places in Warsaw associated with the composer.An interesting source of facts about Lutosławski’s life (includingpeople he mixed with and places he frequented), it also providesinformation about his works and conveys a sense of his strong tieswith his native city. The guide enriched with detailed texts byDanuta Gwizdalanka, contains also a set of historical andcontemporary pictures of Warsaw and pictures of the composerhimself – official as well as private, from the family archive. Theguide was produced through the collaboration of the Fryderyk ChopinInstitute, the Institute of Music and Dance and the WitoldLutosławski Society.
