Integrada numa política de aproximação aocidadão, a Câmara Municipal de Cascais tem vindo a desenvolver umconjunto de projetos com o objetivo de promover a cidadaniaparticipativa.A FixCascais integra-se nesta política de cidadania responsável,em que cada cidadão, residente ou visitante, é convidado a ajudar aCâmara a melhorar o seu território, reportando diferentes tipos desituações em espaços públicos, como calçada danificada, sinalizaçãode trânsito mal colocada ou avariada, necessidade de limpeza derua, etc.A participação de situações é simples. Primeiro é necessária acategorização da situação, escolhendo uma das nove categoriasdisponíveis: Objetos fora de uso, cortes de jardins, espaços verdese parques infantis, limpeza urbana, mobiliário urbano,estacionamento indevido, conservação do espaço público, sinalizaçãoe ocupação indevida da via pública. Podem, também, ser adicionadoselementos que facilitem a identificação da situação.Depois, apenas é necessário a localização da situação a reportar,através de um sistema acessível, que permite pesquisa de umendereço no mapa ou, simplesmente, através da ferramenta “perto demim” em que o sistema assinala o local onde se encontra outilizador no momento da participação. É possível, também anexaruma imagem.As participações são remetidas automaticamente para as áreascompetentes da Câmara Municipal através de uma integração inovadorada aplicação com os sistemas de gestão documental daautarquia.As diferentes participações e seu detalhe (assegurando sempre oanonimato dos utilizadores), assim como o seu estado, estãodisponíveis para consulta.
