Badminton Games Free 2017 3D is an amazing 3D sports gamesimulator. Learn the basics the game of badminton, the tennis likeracquet sport, by striking the shuttlecock with the racquet andlanding it within the opposing side's half of the court, learningto play badminton like a pro with an awesome level of skill. RulesAt the start of the badminton rally, the server and receiver standin diagonally opposite service courts (see court dimensions). Theserver hits the shuttlecock so that it would land in the receiver'sservice court. This is similar to tennis, except that a badmintonserve must be hit below waist height and with the racquet shaftpointing downwards, the shuttlecock is not allowed to bounce and inbadminton, the players stand inside their service courts unliketennis. When the serving side loses a rally, the serve immediatelypasses to their opponent(s) (this differs from the old system wheresometimes the serve passes to the doubles partner for what is knownas a "second serve"). Spin Balls may be spun to alter their bounce(for example, topspin and backspin in tennis) or trajectory, andplayers may slice the ball (strike it with an angled racquet face)to produce such spin; but, since the shuttlecock is not allowed tobounce, this does not apply to badminton. Slicing the shuttlecockso that it spins, however, does have applications, and some areparticular to badminton. (See Basic strokes for an explanation oftechnical terms.) Slicing the shuttlecock from the side may causeit to travel in a different direction from the direction suggestedby the player's racquet or body movement. This is used to deceiveopponents. Slicing the shuttlecock from the side may cause it tofollow a slightly curved path (as seen from above), and thedeceleration imparted by the spin causes sliced strokes to slowdown more suddenly towards the end of their flight path. This canbe used to create dropshots and smashes that dip more steeply afterthey pass the net. When playing a netshot, slicing underneath theshuttlecock may cause it to turn over itself (tumble) several timesas it passes the net. This is called a spinning netshot or tumblingnetshot. The opponent will be unwilling to address the shuttlecockuntil it has corrected its orientation. Due to the way that itsfeathers overlap, a shuttlecock also has a slight natural spinabout its axis of rotational symmetry. The spin is in acounter-clockwise direction as seen from above when dropping ashuttlecock.
