Description

Ms体重測定グラフダイエットβは体重を記録し、体重の推移をグラフ表示するアプリケーションです。

体重を記録し、その推移をグラフで確認することでダイエットへの意識を高め、ダイエット効果を高める目的に使用します。

本アプリは「測るだけダイエット」の考え方をサポートしており、体重入力するだけのシンプル設定にしています。

◆主な機能
本アプリの主な機能は以下になります。

１．グラフ表示機能
体重を記入し続けるだけで、自動的にグラフを作成します。
月間推移グラフ、年間推移グラフのほかに、これまでの記録のたびの推移も表示する体重推移グラフ機能があります。

２．言い訳記録機能
自分の体重と摂取した食事や間食したお菓子などを「言い訳欄」に毎日記入できるようにしています。
これは、脳の仕組みを最大限に利用した方法で毎日の食事と運動の関係が分析しやすくなります。


◆測るだけダイエットについて
測るだけダイエットの手順は以下になります。

１．体重を１日２回測定。朝は起床直後トイレを済ませた後、夕方は夕食直後に行います。
２．体重が増えたときは、自分なりの言い訳を書き込み、ストレスを感じさせないようにします。

※「言い訳欄」に体重が増えた理由（言い訳）を書くことが、肥満の原因を探るのに有効です。
