DC Averagizer is a tool for calculating the dollar costaverage(DCA) of investments. It was designed for cryptocurrencylikeBitcoin, Ethereum, and others, however it will work with anyasset.DCA is the average price you paid for an asset, aftermultiplepurchases at different prices. The math to figure out theDCA ispretty simple. It's just total cost divided by totalquantity. Butdespite it being a simple calculation, it can get verytedious tocalculate for a large number of purchases. That's whatthis appdoes. You simply input the details of each purchase, andthe DCA isautomatically calculated and displayed, along with otherusefuldata. All values are calculated and stored to the 12thdecimalplace, but you can choose how many decimal places you wantto seedisplayed, and you can change the number of decimal places atanytime without affecting the accuracy of stored values. Also youarenot limited to using fiat currencies or specific cryptocurrenciesas the base currency. By using text input for the name,symbol, andcurrency, instead of using pre-defined currencies, theassetstraded can be literally anything. If you bought Bitcoin withUSdollars, that works of course. If you bought Ethereum withBitcoin,that works too. Even if you bought pigs with chickens, youcan usethis app to track it. There are two main sections of theapp,"Quick Average" and "DCA Portfolio". The Quick Average sectionisfor doing some quick calculations, using only the buy price andbuyquantity. The DCA Portfolio section is for maintaining recordsofmultiple different assets. In addition to the buy quantity andbuyprice, it also stores each purchase date, thename/symbol/currencyof each asset, and notes for each asset andeach purchase. Thosemain functions of the app are completely freeand unrestricted,with no limit to the number of assets andpurchases you can track.All the data that you enter into the app isstored only on yourdevice. It is not transmitted to any externallocation, and if youreset your device to its factory state, anydata you've enteredinto the app will be permanently erased. Profeatures There is anin-app purchase available to unlock someadditional features thatyou may find useful, as well as an in-apppurchase to remove ads.Backup and restore Using the backup andrestore feature, you cansave a copy of your settings and assetinformation to yourdocuments folder. This is useful for when youreset your device, orwhen you start using the app on a new device.The backup file is anSQLite database, which can be viewed andedited outside of the app.Theme picker and customizer The defaulttheme for the app is dark.Unlocking the pro features will add thefollowing themes: light,Bitcoin, Ethereum, cash money, highcontrast, and custom. Using thecustom theme, you can control almostevery color used in the app.From the backgrounds and text, tobuttons and icons, you havecomplete control to create any kind ofcolor theme you want.
