The project has been developed by taking into account theyoungpeople’s needs and views, looking at reports published byRogerMorgan and working extensively with young people inresidentialcare, children’s rights and commissioning bodies forover fifteenyears.

The move from residential care to Semi Independence isanexciting but also daunting experience for the young person.

At Hazel Court we pride ourselves on focusing on the needsandwishes of the young person making the transition apositiveexperience.

The Hazel Court app provides easy access for to allourcommunication points and is ideal for all professionalsworkingalongside us.
