台北捷運公司不管是薪資還是福利都不比國營事業遜色,試用期滿後,月薪約有29000元到52000元不等,營運獎金也很優渥,台北捷運年終固定會有一個月,年終最高可上看4.5個月。

台北捷運的招考科目只有四科,和一般公職考試比較,雖然共同科目多一科電腦概論,但電腦概論主要是考電腦相關常識,難度不會太高,適合想要短期衝刺考上的考生。
