* Preloaded content is stored in the cache.
* Cache management (delete old cached data).

Missing features and known bugs:

* Preloading only works for index pages (with images) and fullarticle pages (without images). Needs to preload all images.
* Login to http://nnm.me/ is not supported.
* Search opens a standard website (font too small).
