TradeLinks Billing and Inventory Application.

This App is useful for Billing and Inventory control for :
Supermarkets, Fast Food Corners, Bakeries, Kirana Shops / KiranaStores, Stationery Shops, VAN Sales, Franchisees, Gift Shops, Wine& Liquor Shops, Vegetable and Fruit Shops, Useful in anyorganisation as POS / Billing terminal, stock keeping and Debtorsand Creditors outstanding.

Franchisees can use this application for Point of Sales andStock keeping at individual outlet on Android based tab offline andlater sync it to cloud for outlet/franchisee wise Sales/Stockreporting at the Head office.

You can try and evaluate the application for 15 days beforepurchasing.

This APP is available for 7" and above tablets/phones only.

Enter the settings and Company Information before starting theapp.
The settings and Company information can be changed from AdminPanel - Misc menu.
Admin User id is Admin and password is 1234. (Check for the exactcase while entering.)
Id of User is User and password is user. (Check for the exact casewhile entering.)
New Users can be added from the Admin Panel.

Import of Items/ Parties is possible from csv format from ADMINPANEL.(Download the sample Item file fromwww.softflowsystems.in/app/import_item.csv).
(Download the sample Party File fromwww.softflowsystems.In/app/import_party.csv)
Theses files should be copied in the root of the TAB and pressImport Items/Party from ADMIN Panel.

Export of Items, party and daily working to TradeLinks ERP orany other accounting software/ERP is possible from ADMIN Panel.

Items can be entered manually / imported from csv/ Imported fromTradeLinks ERP. Items can be grouped in Brand, Category and SubCategory for easy retrieval / reporting.
Items can be given a slab :
0-No Slab - Where on selection of Item the name will be displayedin Item selected window with default qty as 1 on selection.
1-Slab for Nos. - Where on selection of item the Qty to be selectedpanel will be displayed wherein the qty has to be selected afteritem is selected.
3-Slab for Kgs. - Where on selection of item the Qty to be selectedpanel will be displayed wherein the qty in Kg (10g to 50Kg) optionsare displayed for selection after item is selected.

Party Master can be created for maintenance of Debtors andCreditors Outstanding.

Sale/Purchase Entry - Easy POS type entry format for selectionof Items on the basis of Brand, Category, Sub Category. Items canalso be selected by entering Item Code, Item Name wise search. Barcode reader can also be incorporated. Bill printing is tested onBluetooth enabled printers supporting EPSON EOS Commands.

Rate change can be done while Sales or Purchase entry.

Stock Check - For Stock checking Brand/Category/Sub categorywise. Purchase Order can be generated for Items to be ordered.

Pending Bills - Pending Bills of Parties can be maintained andthe receipts can be made in Cash/Chq./Credit Card or in multiplepay types.
