There are times when you need to control Worship Software (suchasEasyworship) yourself - in schools or in small groupworshipsettings. I wrote this client to interact with my PC-basedServerProgram which can be downloaded from my websitehere:http://www.frsimon.uk/download/EWServerInstall.exe You willneed todownload and install that software on your PC. If you cannotgetthe client and the server app on the PC to connect, then checktosee if your Firewall is blocking the port (Default Port:59019.This is the usual reason why people cannot get it to work.Try yourFirewall first. The second solution is to connect the EW PCto thephone using the phone's hotspot. Data transfer is justkeystrokes,so it does not use much of your data bundle, but meansthatconnection is very easy. If you do have problems connecting,trythese things, and make sure you enter the IP addresses correctlyonboth client and server. This enables you to operate yourworshipsoftware when both client and server are connected on thesame WiFinetwork: moving through slides and schedule items,blanking andclearing the screen. The App sends keystrokes to theworshipsoftware and so does not prevent a user from controlling itin theusual way from its keyboard, but means that someone withinwifirange can basically run the system.
